Please ensure that you enter the correct details into your order including contact details and address details.
Is there clear access and parking for the delivery drivers? If there is anything out of the ordinary, or your not sure just let us know prior to delivery.
BOOKING YOUR DELIVERY
We want to make shopping with us as simple and as stress free as possible, we will contact you within 48 hours of placing your order to confirm a delivery date that suits you. We aim to deliver all Outlet orders within 7-10 days.
DAY OF DELIVERY
On the day of delivery you will receive a text message from our delivery team to confirm a time window.
Once the delivery team arrive they will find somewhere safe to park their vehicle and bring your product into a room of your choice.
The delivery team will assemble your sofa and leave it ready to be used.
Please inspect the sofa whilst the drivers are there to ensure you are happy with the delivery and the product.
While we do not currently offer removals, you can arrange free furniture collection with the British Heart Foundation. You can find all the information you need below.
You can contact The British Heart Foundation directly to arrange collection of your unwanted furniture at a time that suits you. They will then sell it in one of their 700+ shops throughout the UK, and the proceeds will help fund life-saving research. So you can get rid of your unwanted stuff, and feel good about it, too. This service is free of charge. Just call 0808 250 0115 to arrange your collection.
