What is the Sofa Club Outlet?
The Sofa Club Outlet is where we sell some of our stock at reduced prices. These can be anything from ex display models to samples that never got an official release at Sofa Club.
What does pristine, ex display and defect actually mean?
Pristine
An unboxed sofa that has never been used due to a cancelled order or change of heart. A full inspection is done on this sofa to ensure you will be receiving a brand new sofa.
Ex-Display
An unboxed sofa that has been displayed at one of our sofa lounges, but not used in someones home. Save on cost but have a sofa that looks as good as new.
Defect
A sofa that displays defects and signs of use. This could be anything from a small mark or tear, to a fabric stain or faulty frame. The defect will be fully disclosed in detail along with imagery.
Are these sofas damaged?
If a sofa is damaged it will be listed as a Defect item and the damage will be clearly shown and described on the individual product listing.
How long will it take to receive my sofa?
We want to make shopping with us as simple and as stress free as possible, we will contact you within 48 hours of placing your order to confirm a delivery date that suits you. We aim to deliver all Outlet orders within 7-10 days.
Can I return my outlet sofa?
We are not able to offer any returns on items purchased through our Outlet store. All items are sold as seen - if you would like to try before you buy, you can do so in our Hertford HQ by appointment only. You can WhatsApp us on 07904297787 to arrange this.
